For Doctor Monthly Subscription Fees:
Standard subscription plan
- AUD $0.00 inclusive of Gst. ($0.00).
- AUD $0.00 inclusive of Gst. ($0.00) is payable on a monthly basis (Dotsqaures does not offer fixed term or on going contract other than month by month subscription plan).
- PLUS credit card processing fees charged by bank (credit card surcharge AUD $0.0 plus monthly nominated rate 0%).
- Dotsqaures does not store credit card information (Please have your valid credit card details handy, each time you would like to subscribe on a monthly basis).
Standard Plus Billing subscription plan
- AUD $550.00 inclusive of Gst. ($50.00).
- AUD $550.00 inclusive of Gst. ($50.00) is payable on a monthly basis (Dotsqaures does not offer fixed term or on going contract other than month by month subscription plan).
- PLUS credit card processing fees charged by bank (credit card surcharge AUD $0.29 plus monthly nominated rate 1%).
- Dotsqaures does not store credit card information (Please have your valid credit card details handy, each time you would like to subscribe on a monthly basis).
For Users (Patient) to “make or receive” video call “to and from” Doctor:
- Flat rate of AUD $2.20 inclusive of Gst. ($0.20) for “1 to 10” minutes of video call [Flat rate $2.20 incl. gst].
- PLUS credit card processing fees charged by bank (credit card surcharge AUD $0.29 plus monthly nominated rate 1%).
- Dotsqaures does not store credit card information (Please have your valid credit card details handy, each time you would like to subscribe on a monthly basis).
Payment Terms For Doctors:
- KU-MEDTECH PTY LTD will appear on your credit card statements, each time you will use your credit card details to subscribe on monthly basis.
- There are no other charges to Doctors to “make or receive” video call “to or from” patients, other than subscription fees. However, normal video call charges apply, to make video call from “One Doctor to” “Another Doctor”. Video call cost is charged to “calling doctor” (not video call receiving doctor).
- Dotsqaures provides Doctors with proper documentation in the form of “Tax Invoice/Receipt” for Dotsqaures platform subscription fees and call charges (if any), in electronic format for record keeping and future references.
- Video consultation fees are payable directly to consulting doctors. Dotsqaures does not provide fees collections and disbursements services on behalf of independent medical practitioners, unless subscribed to "Standard Plus Billing" subscription plan.
- Flat video call rate of AUD $2.20 inclusive of Gst. allows each user to make video call for the duration of “1 to 10” minutes. In the event of technical error or call disconnections;
- Users can call “back or receive” video call “to and from” doctor using “Call Back” functions which appears automatically when attempting to make subsequent video call “to or from” same consulting doctor (if “Call Back” function is used within first “1 to 10” minutes there are no extra charges).
- “Call Back” functions will not appear, if video call attempt is made after 10 minutes from first attempt “to or from” same consulting doctor (“Call Back” function will not appear after is 10 minutes). Please read refund policies which deals with your eligibility for refund or credit add back to your account; in the event of technical difficulties.
Payment Terms For General Users (Patients):
- KU-MEDTECH PTY LTD will appear on your credit card statements, each time you will use your credit card details to add credit balance on Dotsqaures platform to “make or receive” video call “to or from” Doctor.
- Dotsqaures will deduct flat rate of AUD $2.20 inclusive of Gst. from general user’s Dotsqaures wallet account each time video call is “made or received” “to or from” Doctor.
- Users will need to make new video call to consulting Doctor after disconnection, if consultation takes longer than 10 minutes. (Please note each new video call will cost AUD $2.20 inclusive of Gst. for next “1 to 10” minutes).
- Flat video call rate of AUD $2.20 inclusive of Gst. allows each user to make video call for the duration of “1 to 10” minutes. In the event of technical error or call disconnections;
- Users can call “back or receive” video call “to and from” doctor using “Call Back” functions which appears automatically when attempting to make subsequent video call “to or from” same consulting doctor (if “Call Back” function is used within first “1 to 10” minutes there are no extra charges).
- “Call Back” functions will not appear, if video call attempt is made after 10 minutes from first attempt “to or from” same consulting doctor (“Call Back” function will not appear after is 10 minutes). Please read refund policies which deals with your eligibility for refund or credit add back to your account; in the event of technical difficulties.
- Please pre-scheduled your appointment with consulting doctor for video call, before attempting to make video call. Dotsqaures neither warrant doctors’ availabilities nor assumes any responsibilities.
- Doctor consultation fees are payable directly to consulting doctors. Dotsqaures does not provide fees collection and/or disbursements services on behalf of independent medical practitioners, unless advised.
- Dotsqaures provides users with proper documentation in the form of “Tax Invoice/Receipt” for video call charges, in electronic format for record keeping and future references.
- Video consultation fees may vary for each independent medical practitioner and it’s at practitioner’s discretion to set out the consultation charge rates; however users are informed about charges in advance (prior to engaging in video-based-medical consultation). It is at users’ discretion “to accept” or “to reject” and make informed decision. Dotsqaures neither assumes responsibilities nor provides any forms of warranties for consultation fees charged by independent medical practitioners.
- Dotsqaures does not provide any forms of assurance about rebate from local government’s benefit schemes or from private health funds for Dotsqaures video call charges or independent medical practitioner video-based-medical consultation fees.
- Users are encouraged to ask their consulting medical practitioners about their eligibility for technology based medical consultation rebates under MBS schemes.
Cancellation and Refund Policies:
- Dotsqaures users can stop using Dotsqaures services at their discretion, without any advance notices or communications.
- Dotsqaures does not anticipate any cancellation or refund requests, however in the events of “technical errors” and/or “administrative error”, and/or “for unused Dotsqaures wallet credit balance (if any)” please lodge your "refund and/or cancellation request with banking details; Dotsqaures will “refund” or “add credit” back to your nominated bank account or Dotsqaures wallet account as suitable, based on request "and/or" complaint.
- Dotsqaures subscription fees are “non-refundable”. Medical practitioners can cancel subscription at anytime, simply by not subscribing to Dotsqaures services on a monthly basis (and/or let it expire) .Dotsqaures does not require advance notices to cancel your subscriptions.
- In the event of “cancellation or expiration” of subscription period, Medical practitioners can re –subscribe by paying subscription fees on a monthly basis, to continue using Dotsqaures services in offering.

Terms and Conditions for acceptance of "Payment Terms" :
If you wish to continue using this website “and/or” services in offering provided by Dotsqaures under the banner of KU-MEDTECH PTY LTD with an ACN: 625 517 875, you understand and agree that you are at least at age of 18 and legally qualified to accept any forms of “terms and conditions” or can enter into legally binding contract as set out in this agreement and also agree that you do not have any impairment in judgements resulting from, not limited to, medical “and/or” physical conditions “and/or” intoxication “and/or” under influence of prescription medication “and/or” any other condition/s that could impair your personal judgement.
General Users :
- By accepting to use Dotsqaures platform for your communications “to and/or from” one of independent medical practitioners, you acknowledge that you have accepted not limiting to, privacy policy,cookies policies, spam policies, pricing policies, payment “terms and conditions” and “cancellation and refund” policies set out on this website.
Medical Practitioner :
- By accepting to subscribe and use Dotsqaures platform for your communications “to and/or from” general users (prospective patient and/or existing patients) or to another independent medical practitioners, you acknowledge that you have accepted not limiting to, privacy policy, cookies policies, spam policies, pricing policies, payment “terms and conditions” and “cancellation and refund” policies set out on this website.
Dotsqaures does not provide any medical services itself. Dotsqaures is a communication service platform from one user(as a patient or Medical practitioner) to another (as a patient or Medical practitioner).
Any information or advices “received or given” from an independent medical practitioner comes from his/her own areas of expertise and professional judgements. Dotsqaures neither provides any forms of assurances nor accepts liabilities for advices received or given on behalf of independent medical practitioners or general users.
eConsult does not intend to replace primary health care systems, rather assists and intends to provide additional tool for independent medical practitioners and general users to stay in touch with each other, with an intention to facilitate technology aided additional medical cares.
Dotsqaures does not endorse any specific test, doctor, medication, products and procedures those may be recommended by independent medical practitioners “directly or indirectly” during or after Dotsqaures video consultations. You acknowledge that your reliance on advices, recommendations and services provided by “independent medical practitioners or general users” is solely at your discretion and assume full responsibilities for all risk associated with it.
Dotsqaures performs rigorous checks to ensure all independent medical practitioners are properly qualified and have required registrations, against Medical Board of Australia database, however assumes that independent medical practitioners have, not limiting to their professional indemnity insurances and other liabilities insurance/s (if applicable). Dotsqaures neither makes any forms of representations nor provides warranties about “trainings or skills” sets of independent medical practitioners or general users.
Dotsqaures regularly reviews its contents and posts on this website and platform however you acknowledge and agree that information (not limiting to; text, video, graphics, emails, phone numbers) on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and Dotsqaures assumes that you have relied on your own personal judgements before making any forms of decisions.
These "terms and conditions" constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all other agreements relating to this subject matter and sets out the complete legal relationship between Dotsqaures and you as an user(non-medical and/or medical). For the benefit of doubt, in the case of any conflicts between these "terms and conditions", and any other agreements, these "terms and conditions" will take precedence over all other agreements in doubt.
