- In general, "Standard Subscription Plan" is sufficient enough for the doctors to utilise full features of eConsults platform, exclusives of "Billings and Collections" features.
- Doctors may subscribe to subscription plan with added "Billings and Collections" features, in absence of their own payment processing facilities.

- eConsults does not store credit card information (Please have your valid credit card details handy , each time you would like to subscribe on a monthly basis).
- Please pre-schedule your appointment with a doctor or a patient for video call.
- Please ensure you have a proper internet connections.
- Making video call while traveling overseas; it is advisable to use normal wireless broadband internet connections for quality and possible cost savings, if possible. Please note that video connections can consume more mobile data (depending upon length of video connections) in comparison to normal internet based voice only connections.
- For your privacy and efficacy of video consultation with a doctor or a patient, please do avoid noisy areas, if possible.

- Flat rate of $2.20 inclusive of Gst. ($0.20) for “1 to 10” minutes of video call. [Flat rate $2.20 incl. gst] is charge applies to calling Doctor. There are no charges to call receiving Doctor.
- Doctors pay video calling charges only in exceptions, when the call is made to one doctor to another doctor.
- When Making video call to patient or receiving video call from patient, Doctor is not charged under any circumstances.
